Refund Policy

Community Membership

The Violin With Marta community is billed at $19 per month with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel your membership at any time.

  • When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No mid-month refunds - you've already received access for the period you paid for.
  • If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged.

Private Lessons

  • Attended sessions are not refundable.
  • Unused sessions are not refundable. If you've completed 3 of 4 lessons, I'll extend your package by 10 days so you can complete the final session.
  • Package expiration: lesson packages expire 45 days after purchase. All sessions must be booked and completed within this period.
  • Cancellation notice: if you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before your lesson. Missed lessons without 24-hour notice count as used.
  • If I need to cancel: I'll arrange a makeup lesson at a time that works for you.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email me at hello@violinwithmarta.com. Please include your account email and a brief description of your request.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact me first. I'm happy to help resolve any concerns directly.

  • Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of requesting a refund through the proper channels may result in your account being suspended.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with supporting evidence, including records of service delivery and terms acceptance.
